Article 39A of the Constitution of India provides for free legal aid to the poor and weaker sections of the society and ensures justice for all. Article 14 and 22(1) of the constitution also make it obligatory for the state to ensure equality before law and a legal system which promotes justice on the basis of equal opportunity to all. / भारत के संविधान का अनुच्छेद 39A समाज के गरीब और कमजोर वर्गों को मुफ्त कानूनी सहायता प्रदान करता है और सभी के लिए न्याय सुनिश्चित करता है। संविधान का अनुच्छेद 14 और 22(1) भी राज्य के लिए कानून के समक्ष समानता और सभी को समान अवसर के आधार पर न्याय को बढ़ावा देने वाली कानूनी व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करना अनिवार्य बनाता है।
