Women’s Reservation Bill or Constitution (108th Amendment) Bill, is a pending bill in India which proposes to reserve 33 per cent of all seats in the Lower house of Parliament of India, the Lok Sabha, and in all state legislative assemblies for women. The Rajya Sabha passed the bill on 9 Mar 2010. / महिला आरक्षण विधेयक या संविधान (108वां संशोधन) विधेयक, भारत में एक लंबित विधेयक है, जिसमें भारत की संसद के निचले सदन, लोकसभा और सभी राज्य विधानसभाओं में महिलाओं के लिए सभी सीटों का 33 प्रतिशत आरक्षित करने का प्रस्ताव है। राज्यसभा ने 9 मार्च 2010 को विधेयक पारित किया।
