Bajra crop can be taken in all types of lands with good drainage. But sandy loam soil is best for this. Heavy land is less favorable for millet and it does not require more fertile lands. / बाजरे की फसल अच्छी जल निकास वाली सभी तरह की भूमियों में ली जा सकती है. परन्तु बलुई दोमट मिट्टी इसके लिए सर्वोत्तम है. बाजरे के लिए भारी भूमि कम अनुकूल रहती है और इसके लिए अधिक उपजाऊ भूमियों की आवश्यकता नहीं होती है.
