क्लोरोफ्लोरोकार्बन (सीएफसी) मानवजनित यौगिक हैं जो 1930 के दशक से विभिन्न अनुप्रयोगों जैसे एयर-कंडीशनिंग, रेफ्रिजरेशन, फोम में ब्लोइंग एजेंट, इंसुलेशन और पैकिंग सामग्री, एरोसोल के डिब्बे में प्रणोदक और सॉल्वैंट्स के रूप में वातावरण में जारी किए गए हैं। / Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) are anthropogenic compounds that have been released into the atmosphere since the 1930s in various applications such as in air-conditioning, refrigeration, blowing agents in foams, insulations and packing materials, propellants in aerosol cans, and as solvents.
