Potteries of the Harappan Civilization bring out the gradual evolutionary trend in the culture. It is on the basis of different types of potteries and ceramic art from found over the different stages of the civilization, it can be said that Harappan culture was not static and did not disappear suddenly. While showing signs of decay, in course of time it rejuvenated itself by reviving some of the earlier ceramic traditions and evolving new ones in the transitional phase. /हड़प्पा सभ्यता की मिट्टी के बर्तन संस्कृति में क्रमिक विकासवादी प्रवृत्ति को सामने लाते हैं। यह सभ्यता के विभिन्न चरणों में पाई जाने वाली विभिन्न प्रकार की मिट्टी के बर्तनों और चीनी मिट्टी की कला के आधार पर कहा जा सकता है कि हड़प्पा संस्कृति स्थिर नहीं थी और अचानक गायब नहीं हुई थी। क्षय के लक्षण दिखाते हुए, समय के साथ इसने पहले की कुछ चीनी मिट्टी की परंपराओं को पुनर्जीवित करके और संक्रमणकालीन चरण में नए लोगों को विकसित करके खुद को फिर से जीवंत कर दिया।
