Physical Fitness Test (At Rally Site)
1.6 Km Run, Group I - (Upto 5 Min 30 Sec) -60 Marks will be awarded
(5 minutes to 30 seconds) - 60 points will be awarded
Group II - (5 Min 31 Sec to 5 Min 45 Sec) -48 marks will be awarded
(5 Min 31 Sec to 5 Min 45 Sec) - 48 marks to be awarded

(F) Dharma certificate: - Dharma certificate issued by Tehsildar / SDM. (if

The following documents are required to be produced: -
(i) Relationship certificate duly issued from concerned records office only
Signed by record officer with personal number, rank, name and specials

(l) NCC certificate. NCC A / B / C certificate and Republic Day Parade
Must have a photo of the candidate duly verified by issuing the certificate
Rights. Provisional NCC A / B / C pass certificate will be accepted only if
Certified by the respective NCC group commanders.
(M) Sports certificate
(i) Players who have represented India at international level and state
Within the last two years nationally. Under which to list the games

(n) Affidavit. 10 / - on non-judicial stamp paper duly signed by the candidate
As per the specimen enclosed in the Appendix shall be duly verified by the notary

(O) Single bank A / C, PAN card and Aadhaar card. Single Bank A / C, PAN
Cards and Aadhaar cards are mandatory documents for final enrollment
