Explanation / व्याख्या :-

The Constitution 52nd Amendment Act, 1985 added the Tenth Schedule to the Indian constitution which laid down the process by which legislators may be disqualified on grounds of defection. In this amendment, articles 101, 102, 190 and 191 were changed.
