Money Bills are defined in Article 110 of the Indian Constitution. According to this article, a bill is deemed to be a Money Bill if it contains only provisions dealing with all or any of certain matters listed by it. It adds that if any question arises whether a Bill is a Money Bill or not, the decision of the Speaker of the House of the People shall be final. / भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 110 में धन विधेयकों को परिभाषित किया गया है। इस अनुच्छेद के अनुसार, एक विधेयक को धन विधेयक माना जाता है यदि इसमें केवल इसके द्वारा सूचीबद्ध सभी या कुछ मामलों से संबंधित प्रावधान शामिल हैं। इसमें कहा गया है कि यदि कोई प्रश्न उठता है कि कोई विधेयक धन विधेयक है या नहीं, तो लोक सभा के अध्यक्ष का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।
