Article 60 of the Indian Constitution deals with the oath of the President. It states that every President shall, before entering upon his office, make and subscribe an oath or affirmation the presence of the Chief Justice of India or, in his absence, the senior most Judge of the Supreme Court available. / भारतीय संविधान का अनुच्छेद 60 राष्ट्रपति की शपथ से संबंधित है। इसमें कहा गया है कि प्रत्येक राष्ट्रपति, अपना पद ग्रहण करने से पहले, भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश या उनकी अनुपस्थिति में उपलब्ध सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के वरिष्ठतम न्यायाधीश की उपस्थिति में शपथ या प्रतिज्ञान करेगा और उसकी सदस्यता लेगा।
