Explanation / व्याख्या :-

According to Article 368 of Indian constitution, an amendment of the constitution can be initiated only by the introduction of a Bill in either House of Parliament. The Bill must then be passed in each House by a majority of the total membership of that House and by a majority of not less than two-thirds of the members of that House present and voting. / भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 368 के अनुसार, संविधान में संशोधन केवल संसद के किसी भी सदन में एक विधेयक पेश करके शुरू किया जा सकता है। तब विधेयक को प्रत्येक सदन में उस सदन की कुल सदस्यता के बहुमत से और उस सदन के उपस्थित और मतदान करने वाले सदस्यों के कम से कम दो-तिहाई बहुमत से पारित किया जाना चाहिए।
