Explanation / व्याख्या :-

The 44th amendment eliminated the right to acquire, hold and dispose of property as a fundamental right. However, in another part of the Constitution, Article 300 (A) was inserted to affirm that no person shall be deprived of his property save by authority of law. / 44वें संशोधन ने मौलिक अधिकार के रूप में संपत्ति के अधिग्रहण, धारण और निपटान के अधिकार को समाप्त कर दिया। हालांकि, संविधान के एक अन्य भाग में, अनुच्छेद 300 (ए) को यह पुष्टि करने के लिए डाला गया था कि कानून के अधिकार के बिना किसी भी व्यक्ति को उसकी संपत्ति से वंचित नहीं किया जाएगा।
