Explanation / व्याख्या :-

According to Article 360, if the President is satisfied that there is an economic situation in which the financial stability or credit of India is threatened, he or she can declare financial emergency. Such an emergency must be approved by the Parliament within two months. / अनुच्छेद 360 के अनुसार, यदि राष्ट्रपति इस बात से संतुष्ट हैं कि ऐसी आर्थिक स्थिति है जिसमें भारत की वित्तीय स्थिरता या ऋण को खतरा है, तो वह वित्तीय आपातकाल की घोषणा कर सकता है। इस तरह के आपातकाल को दो महीने के भीतर संसद द्वारा अनुमोदित किया जाना चाहिए।
