Section 80-A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 provides that the High Court shall be the authority for presentment of election petitions under Article 329(b) of the Constitution. This was incorporated by an amendment in the year 1966 (Act 47 of 1966). / लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 80-ए में प्रावधान है कि उच्च न्यायालय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 329 (बी) के तहत चुनाव याचिकाओं को प्रस्तुत करने का अधिकार होगा। इसे वर्ष 1966 (1966 का अधिनियम 47) में एक संशोधन द्वारा शामिल किया गया था।
