One of the salient features of the Indian constitution is the effort to establish a welfare state. Article 38 of the Constitution reads: “The state shall strive to promote the welfare the people by securing and protecting as effectively as it may, a social order in which justice social economic and political-shall pervade all institutions of national life.” provides a broad framework for the establishment of the welfare state ideal. / भारतीय संविधान की प्रमुख विशेषताओं में से एक कल्याणकारी राज्य की स्थापना का प्रयास है। संविधान के अनुच्छेद 38 में कहा गया है: “राज्य लोगों के कल्याण को बढ़ावा देने के लिए यथासंभव प्रभावी ढंग से रक्षा करने का प्रयास करेगा, एक सामाजिक व्यवस्था जिसमें सामाजिक, आर्थिक और राजनीतिक न्याय राष्ट्रीय जीवन की सभी संस्थाओं में व्याप्त होगा।” कल्याणकारी राज्य आदर्श की स्थापना के लिए एक व्यापक ढांचा प्रदान करता है।
