It is International Human Rights Day. International Human Rights Day is celebrated every year around the world on 10 December. This year's theme is 'Stand Up for Human Rights'. The United Nations announced the adoption of this day on 10 December (10 December) 1948. Although officially this day was announced in 1950. The Assembly invited all the countries in 1950 to celebrate 'International Human Rights Day'. After which the assembly passed the resolution 423 (V) and issued a notice to all the countries and related organizations to celebrate this day.

Human Rights Day is celebrated with the aim of making people aware of their rights. Human rights also include the right to health, economic, social, and education. Human rights are those fundamental natural rights from which human beings cannot be deprived or oppressed on the basis of race, caste, nationality, religion, sex etc.

अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार दिवस (Human Rights Day) है. दुनिया भर में हर साल 10 दिसंबर को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार दिवस मनाया जाता है. इस साल की थीम है 'स्टैंड अप फॉर ह्यूमन राइट्स' (Stand Up For Human Rights). संयुक्त राष्ट्र (United Nations) ने 10 दिसंबर (10 December) 1948 को इस दिन को अपनाने की घोषणा की. हालांकि आधिकारिक तौर पर इस दिन की घोषणा 1950 में हुई. अंतरराष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार दिवस' (International Human Rights Day) मनाने के लिए असेंबली ने सभी देशों को 1950 में आमंत्रित किया. जिसके बाद असेंबली ने 423 (V) रेज़्योलुशन पास कर सभी देशों और संबंधित संगठनों को इस दिन को मनाने की सूचना जारी की थी.

मानवाधिकार दिवस (Human Rights Day) लोगों को उनके अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूक करने के उद्देश्य से मनाया जाता है. मानवाधिकार में स्वास्थ्य, आर्थिक सामाजिक, और शिक्षा का अधिकार भी शामिल है. मानवाधिकार वे मूलभूत नैसर्गिक अधिकार हैं जिनसे मनुष्य को नस्ल, जाति, राष्ट्रीयता, धर्म, लिंग आदि के आधार पर वंचित या प्रताड़ित नहीं किया जा सकता.
