(1) The God of Small Things is the debut novel of Indian writer Arundhati Roy. It is a story about the childhood experiences of fraternal twins whose lives are destroyed by the “Love Laws” that lay down “who should be loved, and how much’. It won the Booker Prize in 1997. / (१) द गॉड ऑफ स्मॉल थिंग्स भारतीय लेखक अरुंधति रॉय का पहला उपन्यास है। यह भ्रातृ जुड़वां बच्चों के बचपन के अनुभवों के बारे में एक कहानी है, जिनके जीवन “लव लॉज़” द्वारा नष्ट हो जाते हैं, जो “प्यार किया जाना चाहिए, और कितना होना चाहिए”। इसने 1997 में बुकर पुरस्कार जीता।
